Kazuya Iizuka
Born in Tokyo, Japan, in 2014, at the age of 23 at the time, he founded the car sales company CS HIMAWARI Co. At the same time, he became a racer in the drift racing competition, which originated in Japan and is popular worldwide. 2016 FORMULA DRIFT JAPAN, he recorded 6th place in the series.
After starting and managing a micro-mobility start-up company and a restaurant business, he joined the marketing industry in 2023, and in 2024, he changed the company name to HIMAWARI Corporation and simultaneously established HIMAWARI Holdings, Inc. He plans to manage diverse businesses as a holding company, including marketing and automotive businesses.

Yuya FukudaBorn in Osaka. Started a career in 2016 at Neocareer Co., Ltd., working in the Recruitment Integration Department, handling new business development through cold calling for corporate sales. Primarily involved in providing recruitment solutions with a focus on MyNavi Fresh Graduates. In 2017, transferred to Discovery Co., Ltd., where gained experience in digital advertising sales, ad management, and distribution. Became independent in 2022 and founded a marketing agency specializing in ad operations and media buying, Unionage Co., Ltd., in 2023, serving as CEO. Joined HIMAWARI in 2024 as Director, overseeing ad operations, production direction, and overall marketing strategy development.
Executive Officer
Yuma Takenaka
Born in Tokyo. After graduating from university, joined Dentsu Tech Co., Ltd., the world’s largest advertising production company, working on promotions and marketing for various companies and government agencies. From 2017, worked in Dentsu’s Business Produce Department, focusing on automotive promotions. As project leader for the organizer’s program at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, produced new initiatives like Japan’s largest drone show and cross-industry/startup recruitment, attracting 1.31 million visitors. Participated in the creative team for the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. In 2022, joined a domestic deep-tech startup, gaining experience with a NASDAQ listing as part of the Corporate Planning Office. Became independent in July 2023 and was appointed Executive Officer at HIMAWARI in November 2023, responsible for new business development, marketing and branding strategies, and event direction.
Marketing Producer
Yuya Esaki
Born in Fukuoka. While studying at Sophia University’s Faculty of Foreign Languages, started a web design business. In 2020, launched a personal brand for a relaxation drink called “MinusZero” and began D2C sales consulting. In February 2022, established the advertising division at THE CHOSEN ONE, a group company of Daiko, a major advertising firm, handling front-end and operational tasks for digital advertising. Joined HIMAWARI in September 2023 as a Marketing Producer.
